Learn to be one person

I believe a lot of our problems regarding sadness stem from being 2 people, one person to the public but another person inside. I think it’s important to try to be one person. I agree this may result in loosing a lot of people in your life…but then again who wants people who can’t accept you for who your are…

A few days ago, I was speaking to a friend of mine, he told me how some days he feels so sad and continues feeling that way till he falls asleep, I told him, it’s because your 2 people, how long can you put on an act? Coincidentally, the same conversation came up with another friend the day after, her friend is in TV and has to maintain this constant happiness but explained how she felt ‘dead’ inside.

What do you do when you feel this way? I changed career, others find help, others ask questions…whatever you decide to do…be aware of when you feel this way, so you can make it better because everything can be fixed…don’t reach the ‘dead’ state…
